What Is a Custom Colour & Fitted Gear Program?
Standard sizes and shapes work for many, but high-speed riding needs perfection. This premium online service provides you with the opportunity to design your garment in every way that you imagine it while guaranteeing a flawless, custom fit. You can select any one of our premium racing suits or jackets digitally and create something special that matches your motorcycle, your racing team, and your personality.
In addition to choosing custom colours for each leather panel, you can add custom patches, brand logos, and/or your name and racing number to increase the overall aesthetic appeal of your gear. This service, which is completely custom-made to your body's specific definition, offers the ultimate comfort, mobility, and safety possible.
The Customization Process Explained
Your custom leather gear is made via a comprehensive two-step procedure beginning and ending with designing your perfect fit.
1st Step: Design Your Vision
The first step in custom designing your own gear begins by making your creative vision come to reality by using our digital configurator.
Choose Your Gear: Select the type of suit/jacket you want and also whether you want perforated leather or non-perforated premium leather based on your typical riding climate.
Select the Colour: You can personalize every leather panel’s colour as well as the shoulder, elbow and knee protectors (colour can also be chosen for the replaceable sliders on your suit if applicable).
Add Your Identity: You can add personal logos, sponsor logos, custom text, and racing numbers to the appropriate spots on your suit.
Save It and Connect: Once you are happy with your design, save your design profile online and our support team will guide you through the digital measurement portal.
2nd Step: The Remote Measurement Process
In order for you to be fitted for a custom suit, all components must be accurately measured. The second step of the process consists of a complete digital questionnaire along with a self guided remote measuring process.s
The Rider Interview will help us begin to determine your measurements, and then we will measure you. Before measuring you, we will review your riding style and any protective gear you currently wear or plan to wear (for instance, back and chest protectors, etc.), as well as any history of injury that needs to be taken into account while designing/constructing your latex riding suit.
The precision measurements will be guided by our online tutorial, helping you submit 25 exact measurements of your body while you wear a tight-fitting baselayer. You must have on hand the boots you will be wearing while riding, as well as any other interior protective gear that must be included with your custom-fit latex riding suit.
Shape profiling will be done by uploading photos of yourself in your base layer from a front profile with your established reference points as outlined in our guide. This process will provide our qualified master tailors with the information needed to accurately map a garment to your body proportions and riding position relative to your body's centre of gravity.
What Happens After the Measurements Are In?
To begin the manufacturing process, you'll need to provide a non-refundable deposit (30%) based on the total order amount via our secure online checkout.
Once you have submitted your measurements, riding posture pictures, design documents, etc., through our platform, our production team will thoroughly analyze your digital profile to ensure everything needed for the manufacture of your suit is included. If necessary, we may contact you via email or phone for clarification on anything that we are not sure about.
Once we have confirmed that the requested features and completed measurements for your suit are acceptable and ready, we can begin creating the final 3D model of your suit within our design department. The completed model will then be given to one of our master tailors to manufacture the actual suit for you.
Once a garment goes into 3D modeling and production, there can be no further changes to the design. Where possible, your custom leather gear will take up to 6-8 weeks for completion and shipment once the 3D model is rendered and approved online.
