Placing an order

Please note that orders can be placed by any individual. To be able to buy Products you have to provide your name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information. In case you created an account with a personal user identification and password keep your password protected at all times as you are personally responsible for each purchase made using your user identification and password.

Order Processing and Contract Information

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the premium gear selected in your cart. Please note that all orders are subject to acceptance by our team. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion—specifically in cases of irregular ordering patterns or suspected bad-faith transactions.

Your purchase is officially confirmed only once you receive a formal *Order Confirmation Email* from us. This email serves as your proof of purchase and contains your unique order number and product details. We recommend saving this for your records.

Price

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All orders are processed in USD at the prices displayed at the time of order. We may change prices at any time without notice. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Conversions into other currencies are displayed for customer convenience only and are approximate. These prices may change slightly between the date of placing the order and the date of dispatch.

Shipping, handling charges and taxes

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information (such as delivery address, phone number, and contact person references if different from you, any other relevant information for supporting the effective delivery of the goods). All our orders are made to order and directly shipped from our manufacturing unit in Pakistan

You may be asked to pay import Duties or customs taxes in your country / territory, we have no control over it. In some countries custom clearing takes longer than others. This can cause a delay in delivery. We request you to wait few extra days if this situation occurs.

Delivery of Goods:

For Shipping, we are sending the products Via DHL, Fed-ex, Dpex, UPS and Skynet etc.

The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine which delivery services you will be offered. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk, and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Product Availability:

All our orders are made to order and directly shipped from our manufacturing unit in Pakistan. We do not guarantee the availability of any Product in the Online Store. We reserve the right, without liability or earlier notice, to change, discontinue or to stop making available any Product. Every time we get new stock especially leather, There is minor difference in shade so it can be bit different than product photo shoot. You will be only able to judge it if you are very concerned about it. General look will remain the same.

Payment:

Payment can be made by Credit/debit Card or PayPal. All payments will be subject to security checks. Our automated payment gateway can reject your payment also. We can also contact you to confirm your order information such as proof of payment, proof of address in the name of person indicated for delivery address etc.

Return and Refunds

Please note that we will only process returns and refunds for Product bought in the Online Store and Return and Refund Policy is clearly mention separately.
