We take our responsibility to keep you safe while riding on both the race track and the street very seriously, and we want to do everything we can to help you maintain this high level of safety and protection. Accordingly, we offer an Exclusive 3 or 5-Year Extended Warranty on our premium quality leather race suits, jackets, and other protective riding apparel for as long as you own them, which adds to your standard warranty in your country.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
We provide an Exclusive Extended Warranty (this is not a general warranty) on selected products from our Professional Leather Race Suits and Jackets product line only. This Extended Warranty will cover any manufacturer's defects that arise in connection with your purchase (this includes functionality issues).
To activate the Extended Warranty, you must register each item through our registration website within Thirty (30) days of the purchase date to be eligible for coverage under the Extended Warranty. Both preregistration of your product and proof of purchase must be provided to ELI/TA when you contact them to request service on a covered product, and this will be validated when your service request is received.
If the product you purchased is not listed in our extended warranty program listings, we suggest that you still get it registered. Registration of your product makes it easier for us to assist you if you need to make a service request while under your warranty.
Note: The warranty provided by law will remain valid once full proof of purchase has been maintained, with or without an online registration.
Locating Your Product Code (SKU) number:
To register your leather suit or jacket and to activate the warranty extension, you must obtain the Product Code (SKU) number for your product. This SKU number is generally composed of 9 to 10 digits that identify the specific model, and then additional digits that specify the color and/or size of the garment.
There are three locations where you can find the SKU code:
On the physical identification tag that comes attached to the clothing item when you receive it.
On the outside of the packaging item, where an exterior bar code sticker is placed.
On the inside of the clothing item, there is an internal care and sizing label.
Once you have that SKU code, you are now ready to begin your warranty registration process (see below).
Warranty Registration Process:
You may register your purchase at any time. We will take care of all warranty claims.
When you complete the registration, you will make assistance from our team in the future much easier. In order to provide you with the best level of service, we will require your name and contact information, as well as the SKU of your purchased product, and a digital copy of your purchase.
To reach us for after-sales support (service, warranty requests, repairs, etc), you can easily e-mail (or call) our dedicated customer support team or your local authorized dealer where you purchased your equipment.
3-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY REGISTRATION
To activate the 3-year extended warranty on your leather motorcycle gear, please complete the registration form below. The 3-year warranty will apply for three (3) years from the date of purchase and can be activated if registered within the first 30 days of purchase. To complete your registration, we will ask for your basic personal information (name, address, etc.) and your digital purchase receipt, which will be used to create your file in our system.
5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY REGISTRATION
To activate the 5-year extended warranty on your Ultimate leather racing suits and premium jackets, please complete the registration form below. The 5-year warranty will last for five (5) years from the date of purchase and will only be valid if you register for it within 30 days of your purchase. Please upload your proof of purchase and product code to complete your extended warranty registration.
