Your Speed and Identity: Leather Racing Jackets and Suits
Leather race suits for motorcyclists and riders have become a way to express your identity, whether you're on the street or on a racetrack. Back in the beginning of motorcycle racing, all the racers were black in color; there was absolutely no way to express individuality as a rider. Nowadays, your entire suit/track outfit is a way for you to put your own personal touch on your motorcycle outfit, connect with and customize your motorcycle, as well as display any/all sponsors that support you in racing.
Bringing Your True Colors to Your Racing Outfit
Custom leather race suits and leather motorcycle jackets allow you to create a custom-designed garment that fits your specific style and attitude towards riding, therefore allowing you to break away from factory standard clothing designs. Our customization platform will allow you to choose the colors of your leather jacket or full-piece suit in every desired area of your design (panels, sleeves, etc.). Additionally, you can further show your personality by using the custom platform to add patches, sponsor logos, and specific track number(s) to your racing profile.
Every customized order you place with us brings to life your own vision of your identity, demonstrated during a race (starting grid). The entire design and ordering process can be completed from your home computer or mobile device using our digital storefront.
How the Custom Leather Configurator Functions
Designing your own gear is easy, and all done in the peace and solitude of your own home. To get started, you will select a base design (or template) from our collection of premium-quality race suits or street riding jackets, which each come in standard sizes. Then you will pick the colors and add your choice of accessories to suit your style.
Choose Your Base Piece
Your journey begins by selecting the base to build upon. You can choose either a one-piece racing suit or a separate jacket. Once you pick the model, you will then have to choose whether you want the jacket to be made of perforated leather (for maximum airflow during hot days) or non-perforated leather (for warmer days).
Customize Your Leather Panels and Armoring
Once you've locked in the base model, you can now start to customize the individual leather panels on your chest, back, and arms to your chosen colours, as well as the protective armoring on the shoulders, elbows, and knees of the suit, to match the overall look you want. If you are getting knee and elbow sliders, you can also customize their colours to match as well.
Adding Race Number, Logos, and Names
The last phase is to personalize your custom suit with names, logos, and numbers. The custom graphics will allow you to place many custom graphic designs at specific locations on your racing suit. For example, across the shoulders you can place your last name, and on the back of the suit, you can place your racing number. Therefore, once you have designed your racing suit, it's very easy to insert custom graphics exactly where you want.
In summary, you can begin designing your custom leathers by choosing from different base garb types and their colours. After you have chosen your base garment, you can select colours for each panel and for protective plates. Finally, you will personalize your leather racing suit with logos/sponsors (e.g., team name) and race numbers.
What Happens After You Have Completed The Design Of Your Custom Race Suits?
After you have created your perfect custom leather race suits, ordering is easy! We have streamlined our digital production process to review and fulfill your order seamlessly.
Placing An Order For Custom Leather Race Suits Online
For the online option, our team of professionals will review your design to ensure it meets our standards. After the review of your submitted design, the team will send you an email confirming the specifics of your design and outlining the final terms and conditions of the order.
At this point, a deposit of 30% (minimum) is needed to lock in your order. Once you pay online, your gear goes into the production queue and typically ships within 8 – 10 weeks after manufacturing is complete.
Designing Your Own Track Gear
The idea of designing your own track gear goes beyond just having some nice-looking gear. It allows you to create an overall, professional image. A helmet, motorcycle (and leathers) with the same colours create a visually appealing, cohesive image. Personalizing your suit allows you to express yourself and not have to settle for factory-standard colours to match your bike. While custom orders typically have a 10–week production time, getting exactly what you want in terms of style and color gives you more satisfaction long-term (if you are serious about racing and want the true 'factory racer' look) than settling for a factory order.
